针对油脂行业，4001老百汇net投入了大量研发资金和专业设计团队，旨在解决油脂产品的后期包装问题。
For the fats and oils industry, Mightway has invested in research and development and a specialized design team, created to solve the problem of post-wrapping fats and oils.
这个项目总共有6条包装线，一条20kg箱装油，其他5条线都是根据客户不同尺寸的奶油产品定制的裹包机解决方案。每条包装线的速度是4～5箱/分钟，终汇拢到后段的机器人码垛机需要处理的速度是30箱/分钟，我们采用了2台机器人码垛机，一台分担15箱/分钟的码垛方式。
This project has a total of 6 packaging lines, one for 20kg cases of oil, and the other 5 lines are customized wrapping machine solutions for different sizes of the customer's cream products. The speed of each packaging line is 4 to 5 cases/minute, and the final convergence to the back-end robotic palletizer needs to handle 30 cases/minute, we used 2 robotic palletizers, one sharing 15 cases/minute palletizing method.
其中大的难度就是杯状的奶油产品理料，需要考虑效率和保证产品的完整性做出来特殊设计结构。
One of the biggest difficulties was the handling of cup-shaped cream products, which required a special design structure that took into account the efficiency and integrity of the product.
; 以及终机器的码垛效率结合客户的跺型要符合客户的立体仓库设计和客户的ERP控制系统完美对接。
The efficiency of the final machine, combined with the customer's stomping type, should be in line with the customer's three-dimensional warehouse design, as well as the perfect interface with the customer's ERP control system.
